Randall "SHUX1" Murchison

Randall aka "SHUX1" or "SHUX WUN" has worked professionally with various companies in the US & Japan as a cameraman, director, producer, editor, event host, radio personality and local events organizer since 1997.

He's worked with various indie & major hip hop artists for interviews, live performances, and short films such as Wu-Tang Clan, George Clinton, Erykah Badu, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Common, Mos Def, The Game, Nas, and many more.

1997年よりカメラマン/ディレクター/プロデューサー/プロモーター等としてHip-Hopを中心としたウェブサイトやレコードレーベルで活躍。今までに Wu-Tang Clan, George Clinton, Erykah Badu, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Common, Mos Def, The Game, Nas,と言った著名なアーティストのインタビューも手掛ける。

SHUX with Japan music icon VERBAL (M-Flo / Teriyaki Boyz) working on a Reebok commercial & documentary. SHUX WUN currently produces an ongoing video series entitled "The SHUX Files," documenting independent & major artists in various cities as well as running a website featuring a livestreaming tv channel Music&StrengthTV. The channel features his own content along with other producer submissions and special live broadcasts.

ミュージシャンのツアーに同行し、全米を回った経験を生かし、“The SHUX Files”というビデオシリーズを発表。Music&Strength TVというインディ、メジャーを問わず才能あるアーティストをフィーチャーしたライブストリーミングチャンネルをプロデュース。

Along with his own site, www.musicandstrength.tv, SHUX is currently working in Japan and also collaborating with FutureSound.TV to provide music, fashion, & street culture video coverage to the site.

SHUX is also the creator/organizer of Y.E.A.H. (Youth Enjoy Art & Hip Hop) after school programs for children to learn English & creative expression by way of Hip Hop culture, and by night is creator/organizer of "PREMIUM" Tokyo Creative Lounge held regularly in Tokyo.
