Music&Strength itself was created in 1997 as a radio show on 99.3FM KCLA hosted by Shux Wun, dedicated to exposing independent talent. From there the show then evolved into video, and then became an organization of people engaging in collaborations between numerous artists in order to create music, video, live performance, events, and countless independent projects & products.

We are Dancers, DJ's, Music & Video Producers, MC's, Poets, Singers, Painters, Illustrators, Graphic Designers, Fashion Gurus, Activists, Organizers, Educators, Promoters, Entertainers, Supporters, and worldwide distributors of good vibes. Music & Strength is a movement of multi-talented artists. We highlight each others talents to enhance each others interests. Music&Strength remains a key element to it's active members networking & expanding both locally and internationally.

This website was created in 2009 as an outlet for Shux Wun to broadcast his video series "The SHUXFiles" as well as content from various contributors and affiiates worldwide. There are also scheduled Live Broadcasts to air on the channel and more features to come on the website itself.

ABOUT THE LOGO: The MUSIC&STRENGTH logo image was originally drawn by Phillip Lee, Jr in 1998 and was inspired by Ganesha. In no way is this image meant to disrespect or poke fun at Ganesha. The logo we carry has added the 4 basic elements of Hip Hop culture to the hands of Ganesha, signifying the unification of it's knowledge, wisdom, and the arts.
