A weekend of all out graffiti chaos in Osaka, Japan! I checked out the CRAZY CRIMERS exhibition.
Freestyle king HiDaddy holds the music&strength TV mic while his son says "peaaace!"
HiDaddy was rockin the mic throughout the day so catch him on the music&strength TV video coverage freestyling to the camera!
Legendary artist Zen One NBS threw this piece up live on the final day of the 3 day event.
SUSTOS threw a tag up top (I've seen that tag all over Japan) while others get in on some mural action below it.
The blackbooks were out all over the place at the event, writers signing each others books will never die.
These next 3 pieces are connected from left to right covering 2 walls & were done by good friends of mine from the crew CMK... This first character was done is by Ume, my tattoo artist in Osaka.
This next character is by Cook, you can catch me speaking with him about this piece in the video coverage on music&strength TV.
This last character in the series is by Dise, he's the reason why I know Ume and Cook. They've all been featured in my coverage over the years reppin' for Osaka, and have even let me live in their art studio at times.
This writer from Germany posts his sticker in the proper position...
There were a ton of walls, lots of pieces, and tons of people... see the full video coverage, these iPhone pics don't really do it.

About the event...
The event was organized by a writer named Wa-2, in order to display the artistic talent existing in the Kansai region of Japan, opposite of Tokyo region of Kanto. In all of my experiences visiting Osaka & Kansai region, I have definitely felt the difference between lifestyle, people, and expressiveness in Kansai as compared to Tokyo. Kansai is famous for their food, comedians, traditional landscapes, and friendly people. Needless to say I love it here, although Tokyo is definitely a hot spot to visit if you come to Japan of course. Just don't sleep on Kansai, you'll be missing out on a lot of culture if you do! It's like 2 sides of a coin really. Like NYC vs LA, both are fresh, fun, and innovative but very different in many ways. This 3 day event filled with mc's on the mic, dj's on the cut, art lovers and art makers was a perfect example of how people in this region come together and express themselves. Be sure to click ON-DEMAND to find the Crazy Crimers episode of The SHUXFiles on the music&strength TV homepage if you'd like to see this all in living color!
I'll end it with a lil' word from our sponsors who were reppin' with some dope banners, hit 'em up!
